This VIP Decal has box to punch out for month and year, as well as nitrox or oxygen. Uses standard paper hole punch to punch out appropriate boxes. Ez peel off back on vinyl decal. Attaches to cylinder. Comes in pack of 10 pcs. Size is approximately 3" x 4"
